Who this covers
This policy applies to mortgagewithapro.com, operated by Alex Monaco, licensed mortgage broker (FSRA #M15002102) with Rock Capital Investments Inc., FSRA Brokerage #10556. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What I collect
Through the inquiry form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, city and postal code, whether you own your home, optional approximate ranges for your home value and mortgage balance, what you are looking for, and how you heard about me. If you book a call, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter there.
What I never ask for here
This website never asks for your Social Insurance Number, date of birth, bank or credit card account numbers, or any document uploads. If any information like that is ever needed for a mortgage application, it is collected later through the lender's or brokerage's secure system, with your consent, never through a public web form or plain email.
Why I collect it
Only to respond to your inquiry, understand your situation, and give you useful mortgage advice. Submitting the form does not commit you to anything and does not start a mortgage application.
Consent
By submitting the form you consent to me contacting you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "stop" or emailing me, and I will stop contacting you and delete your details on request.
Sharing and storage
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing. It may be shared with lenders or the brokerage only if you ask me to move forward with an application. Inquiries are stored in a secured system that only I can access, and kept only as long as needed to serve you or as required by brokerage record-keeping rules.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic analytics and embedded content (video and review widgets, scheduling) that may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Your rights
